FAQ:

  • Do you accept private patients only or public patients as well? We accept all medical aids, including PSEMAS. We accept cash-paying private patients and, where possible, cash paying state patients too.
  • Do you offer walk-in slots? We have a limited number of walk-in slots available, but please phone the practice to ensure we are open and that Dr Sadler is at the practice before you come.
  • What languages are used in consultations? English and Afrikaans. Dr Sadler is happy to work with translators aswell, when needed.
  • How are vaccines stored and administered? Vaccines are ordered after a booking has been made and confirmed. We do not keep vaccines in stock. After vaccines are ordered they are stored in a vaccine fridge to respect the cold chain and keep them safe. They are only briefly removed from the fridge to prepare them a few minutes before Dr Sadler injects them.

Accessibility & Safety:

  • Sadly, we do have a big step leading into the practice, which may make wheelchair access challenging – but not for long!
  • We keep the front door closed to ensure your child does not wonder into the parking lot, but please keep an eye on your children at all times.
  • Kindly see our consent form that you sign upon opening a file at the practice to explain our privacy and safety rules. Dr Sadler’s practice is mostly electronic; your scripts, lab forms or referrals will be scanned by Engelin and loaded online onto your file. Dr Sadler’s notes, your blood results and any relevant health information is stored on password protected computers and saved onto GoodX’s online platform where it is kept safe. Only Dr Sadler has access to her notes.
